YMT began as Mortgage Me Queenstown Lakes in 2016. Founder Guy - a chartered accountant - spotted a market opportunity in Queenstown after working with an adviser for his own personal deals in Dunedin. The business grew rapidly, and by late 2020, when the team had tripled in size, it was time for a fresh identity. That’s when Your Mortgage Team was born - same expert service and team, with a renewed brand and vision.
Today, YMT has grown to a team of 12 dedicated staff members and recently expanded with a new branch in Invercargill, furthering our commitment to helping Kiwis across the South Island achieve financial success.
