William Young
Will, the youngest member of the team and hailing from Southland, boasts a BCom from the University of Otago and spent four years working in business banking in branch until making the move across to broking. He has exceptional skill in analysing both business and retail deals and regularly keeps the team up to date on bank policy. Will is extremely knowledge able always happy to help clients meet their goals.
Hayden Joblin
Hayden is an Advisor and comes to YMT with eight years business banking experience as well as international banking experience. He has just completed his Residential Lending Qualification. While on a tennis scholarship in the USA, he completed a degree in Economics and Finance.When he isn't doing deals in the office, you can find him on the golf course, or doing any other number of sports in the Whakatipu region.
Claudia Richardson
Claudia is our client manager and comes from years of experience in a bank where she was in control of approving clients lending and aiding them in the process. Claudia is passionate about the importance of financial literacy, making sure our clients are well-informed of the process and have an understanding what each step of the process means.
Hannah Carter
Hannah is our practice and compliance manager and comes from a legal background. She handles the day to day in the office and ensures all documentation is compliant with the law and the rest of the team is up to speed on the changes across the financial market and pushes their continuous professional development.
Rachel Olliver
Rachel comes from a commercial banking and finance background and has a passion for numbers. She has exceptional Excel skills which comes in very handy in the office. Her ability to assess a deal is accurate and insightful and we are very lucky to call her our own.
Guy Carter
Guy is our founder and managing director and comes from a Chartered Accounting background as well as having a significant personal property investment portfolio. He understands the ins and outs of retail and business deals and his wealth of knowledge comes through in every deal.
